I already changed coolant few weeks ago, should I also do the radiator flushing? I think they are pretty much the same.

randy c is basically on the right track, the idea of a flush is to remove "scale" (which is basically an oxide coating on the inner surfaces) along the coolant path to lower the operating temperature of internal engine parts. The main problem with scale is that reduces cooling performance because it inhibits heat conduction from the engine to the cooling fluid and then again from the cooling fluid to the radiator.

However, the coolant system is designed with a lot of margin, especially for a vehicle that is not used under heavy load.

Incidentally, and even more important step to take for maintaining performance of the cooling system (besides checking the coolant) is to make sure the radiator fins are not covered with any debris that would prevent the free flow of air. The easiest way to clean it is to spray water through the radiator from the engine side with a garden hose.

In Radiator flushing they actually run water through the system to flush out any junk that has collected in the cooling system radiator, etc.

When they change the coolant they just let it drain out from the plug at the bottom of the radiator, replace the plug, then fill it up with new coolant.

Flushing the radiator involves draining it, then refilling it with a chemical flush agent, then hooking and attachment to the fill spout that attaches a garden hose, then running the vehicle, then opening the drain and turning on the hose to "flush" the scale and sediment out of the radiator. Then draining it and refilling with 50/50 water and coolant.
Now, on the reality side, in 35 years of driving, I have never flushed a radiator. As long as you maintain the fluid mix properly, I see no reason to waste the money for an un needed treatment.

it is the same thing. Different name to charge a little more. Some flushing may include a pressurized wash, but just replacing the coolant is fine.
