Ha, me too. I'm as white as a ghost, so I would have to use a SPF sunscreen SO high they probably don't make it! I burn and blister. That's what I get for being half Irish.

I use 15 or 30, but I have to put 60+ on my kids. My youngest two boys have extremely sensitive skin.

I use spf 40 or 50. I sunburn easily and have pail skin. So that is why I use such a strong one.

I use 30, but I try to reapply about every hour because no matter what SPF you use, it needs to be reapplied to keep working.

I use around 45, and i have veryVERY fair skin, but i apply it every two hours. That's the trick, you have to reapply every one and a half to two hours.

i use spf 4 when im tanning other than that i use 15 :) lol
