My boss has asked that I compile a playlist on her ipod for her to work out to. All of the songs she has on there already are ones we listen to here in the office (kind of elevator music-like) but she wants some more upbeat fun music to get her pumped to exercise. She is in her 40's and likes music from the 60's. Please no pop/american idol-like/crap highschool kids would listen to. I need ideas for a grown professional woman who likes the classics. Everything I've found online when searching playlists has been techno and hardcore.. wild music she would never be into. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, I earn a professional's salary and I work out to "Pipeman."

He is a rare underground artist. I bought his MP3 DVD with 400 tracks for 20$ and wouldn't trade it for the world.

Kokomo - Beach Boys
One way or another - Blondie
It ain't me babe - Johnny Cash and June Carter

They might work.
