I made a purchase on 6-7-07 and paid for it the same day thru Paypal. I have emailed the seller twice about when I should expect to receive them and have heard nothing back from them. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I made the purchase. Shouldn't I have had it buy now?

P.S. It's not like it is something that has to be engraved or made or anything...it is a bulk order of punch cups I was wanting to use for my wedding.

Start an item not received dispute NOW - you only have so long to do it anyhow. State that you have had no communiation with the seller - this will freeze their PP account. It also has the effect of their suddenly deciding to reply to your emails!! You can do this via the dispute console from yourEbay page.

I presume you have checked to see they are still active?? Still selling or leaving feedback or listing??

You could always pull their details and call them if you feel so inclined - http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQtZvbQQsofindtypeZ9

You will need his id and the item number for that. Bear in mind that as soon as you get his info, he gets yours too.

If the seller didnt leave you with a phone number, or make contact with you at all since you payed for it, then yes complain.

3 weeks is way too long, so I would make the complaint soon..

You have waited long enough. File a item not received dispute with EBay and PayPal now
