Exactly what I would expect from a brutal socialist.
And to the poster who said "don't come here". I wholeheartedly disagree, we should be encouraging productive Venezuelans and their property to come here and generate wealth. Capital flight will hasten the failure of Chavez.

People in Venezuela knew from the get go, that Chavez wanted a socialist nation. And their "Congres" hands over just about complete power to him. Venezuelans got themselves into this mess, maybe they should get themselves out! (I dont mean come to the US!!)

Which ones? The taking over and shutting down of TV station? The taking of the land from farmers and landowners? The usurpation of individual freedoms? They are all in line with Chavez's goals to socialize the country. Next will be the government takeout of private industries of all kinds.

I don't believe in the shutting down of the radio station, but with regards to the oil and other resources, it is their country, why should USA dictate what a country does and doesn't do. Stop being a bully and go back to the reason why they were founded, they didn't like being dictated by the King of England.

I don't worry about Venezuela. We (the U.S.) refine 90% of their oil. We can pull the plug any time.
