Edge has taken lead vocals on "Seconds," "Van Diemen's Land" and "Numb" as well as handling the backing vocals on many U2 tracks. Larry Mullen is credited as well with backing vocals on "Numb." As far as I know, the only vocal credit Adam Clayton has earned was with a spoken-word solo at the end of "Your Blue Room," a song from their collaboration with Brian Eno entitled "The Passengers: Operation Soundracks 1."

Edge sings all the time. If you ever see U2 live, he's always doing the backup vocals. On disk, I recall him singing with Bono on "Yahweh", the last track on "How to dismantle an atomic bomb". There's probably many other songs too. As for the other members, I haven't seen them sing, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did at one point.

They all have, though mostly just backup vocals. Only the Edge has done lead vocals, most notably on "Numb."
