Your aplication will be rejected.

They will process it but at the end will be rejected based on your refusal to provide acurate and complete information to prove you deserve any benefit from them.

Many people try to file fraudulent aplications so they have the right to make sure you really deserve their services.

It makes no sence to ask for help and then refuse to provide them with proofs that you need their help.

Your new doctor will have your original notes and will have access to all your medical history. You think the DWP is just going to say OK on your say so?

They can just write to your new GP for information - regardless of whether you have told him about your illness, he can report using the details he has, but most would call you in to go through the form with you.

If you won't help yourself, don't expect them to help you.If you don't, I can't understand why you would go to the trouble of filling in the hideous DLA form! If you need care and have mobility problems apply for it - if you don't, don't even waste your time, they may send a doctor to assess you in your own home even with your own doctor's report.

No they will not process your application without relevant up to date information. How can they?

Disability Living Allowance is extremely difficult to get and just as hard to keep as they will constantly check to see if you still deserve to get it!! You can try and with hold your doctors info but you won't get DLA so it was a completely pointless exercise you applying for it in the first place!!!

The DLA is perfectly at liberty to refuse the application if you choose to conceal your medical history. You want something from then so you have tyo comply with their requirements.

DLA will think you have something to hide and it is hard enough to get DLA whilst you are able to breath or stand.

Obviously your refusal means to most people that you are medically unfit to drive. If not where is the problem?
