I have been on depo since febuary so I am on my second shot my next shot is due july 31st...but since my first shot i have been bleeding from febuary to now..what the hell is this?!?!
the bleeding is non stop....and if this is normal is there is no way I can get prego [not that I want to] because of the bleeding right?!

Depo is NOT 100% effective against pregnancy, I've known women who got pregnant while on depo, taking it exactly as prescribed and in the timeframe required.
This is just another nasty side affect with depo provera. You could either bleed for months or not bleed at all while on the shot.
Please reconsider the shot. It is horrible, has very bad side affects (as you found out), and there are class action lawsuits against the makers of this shot for what it does to women.
I would not recommend the depo shot for anyone. I was on it for four years and am so glad I am OFF of it. There are so many negative side affects. I am much happier on the pill Kariva.

this is a common side effect with depo, and many doctors treat it as such. of course, there are women who experience regular or no periods, but the majority experience heavy and continuous breakthrough bleeding, sometimes comparable to their normal period

When I was on it, the period stopped completely. Call your doctor and ask about this.

YES!! IT IS THE WORST THING EVER!! EVEN IF U DONT WANT KIDS-- IT STILL TOTALLY RUINS UR SYSTEM!!
