Agree...agree...agree with all of it. I think Americans do support our troops in the Middle East.We just want them to come home now. I think enough 20 something year olds have died and made the ultimate sacfrifice for us to be able to have (oil) fuel in our fancy cars to drive around in. Every day one of those young people die over there is another day of SHAME ON THIS NATION!!!!!!!!!!

He listens to the military because we are at war. He also listens to the people, but as our leader he has to make decisions. I think he has a little more insight than people on Yahoo. He made a promise that he would not start the draft and he has kept that promise. But, in that course, he has been forced to ask more of the military personnel. I hope this helps answer your question. Have a nice day.

He doesn't even listen to his military advisers. They told him not to go into Iraq. He went anyway. They are now telling him we need to get out of Iraq as soon as possible. He wants to stay. He is acting like a dictator.

George is in a tough situation right now. To leave the Middle East now would make America look weak. He has to stick it out until the next president can take over and they will be able to pull out the troops without as much weakness being exposed
