Measure around your nipples at the widest part of your breast and round up.

Then measure around your chest under your breasts and round up. Add four inches to the number if it is even, five inches if it is odd. That is your band size. (A 28" measurement is a 32 band size, a 31 measurement is a 36 band size).

Then subtract the second measurement from the first. A 1" difference is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C, etc.

I know when I was fitted along time ago you measure around the rib cage area and then across the fullest part of the bust and how every many inches difference is the cup size in my case it was 2 inches difference that was the B cup size.

The eastiest way is to go down to the bra section at a depaatment store and get them to measure u up. but that soes mean taking ur top off in front of a random( but it will a female). Another way is to do it ur self and find a pamphlet or something like that so u can see wish measurment matches which cup size.
