You have to decide if you want her to have the same trendy name as 6 other girls in her class(Kaylee,Jaidyn,Madalynn,Brianna)Classic names like Isabella have made a huge comeback too.Think of which name you really like and imagine yourself calling to her out the side door to call her into the house .Also, with longer names like Nicolette, there is also the possibility, especially when they start school, that it will be shortened to Nicki.Try to pick a name that will be a good name as they get older as well, not just a cute name for a baby or little girl.Good Luck!!!

I like Adrianna, Isabella, Marissa and Madalynn (although I do like the traditional spelling of Madeleine a little better). Isabella is very, very popular right now, so you may want to keep that in mind. Do you want your daughter to be "Isabella A."; in other words, one of several in her class? Or do you want her to have a more distinctive name? Also, as another poster pointed out, remember that this name must serve her throughout her life, not just as a cute little baby, or little girl, but also as a teen, a young lady, possibly a professional woman, wife and mother.

Isabella, Julianna, Madalynn, and Marissa. Think of all the stages of the baby's life. How will the name work for her in elementary school, college, etc? How will it look on a resume. Does it make her sound like an airhead? Or is it both pretty and professional?
