ive been told by many (girls and boys) that i should starightening my curly hair like in the avatar...(ppl also tell me i have nice hair 2 lol)

You could. Since it is something that is genetically yours though, you should learn to make the most of what you have. Next time you go to the hairdresser, have a look at the men's mags they have with the hairstyles. Curly hair on a guy can look really bad if he doesn't care but it can look dead sexy if he knows what to do with it and it really doesn't take that much to achieve a good look. I have curly hair too and I hated it all my life until I really learned how to take care of it. Consider the fact that if you get a bad job on the straightening (chemical) You will be stuck with the mega boof for weeks and weeks. Irons will take you forever every day. You have nice hair =)

There's a lot more to a man than his hair (or lack thereof). If you're a kind, compassionate person with good social skills and a modicum of intelligence, girls will like you whether your hair is straight or curly. Be yourself. If YOU want to straighten your hair because you prefer it that way, do so. But NEVER change your appearance because someone else wants you to do so.

I like both. I think curly hair is cute as long as it's not out of control, but I like straight too. Sorry that didn't really help lol. Just try straightening it and see which way you like it better.

Well, if you want to straighten it, get a flat iron and try it out. Thats not permanant, so if you dont like it, wash it and it will be curly again. You might want help from someone that straightens hair a lot to help you though!!! :-)

The style of hair now for guys is long and straight. Pick up one of those girl mags and flip through to look at the guys (of course hide if you're worried about people seeing you) they'll all have that long kinda...'shaggy' beatles hair goin' on. Personally I hate that style and I dont' care what girls think because they don't have to fight with my hair every morning.

Dudes that straighten their hair seem a little fem and emo to me, to just be honeest with you. I think that you should leave it the way it is. I obviously haven't seem it before but thats my opinion.
