getting a long term visa?

i am portugese living in france 13 years now ive married in morroco the embassie say that it takes 3 years and 3000 euros is there a better way ! help !

i was talking about my wife !
because now she becomes portugese

A long term visa for where? No idea about Morocco but as soon as your wife has a Portuguese passport she does not need any visa for EU - she is an EU citicen then and free to live and work here like you do.
