Most likely. There are trillions of galaxies in the observable universe (about 13 billion light years) and each galaxy has billions if not trillions of stars or suns. The chances are slim that there is no life on any of the planets orbiting these suns. Astronomers have already identified a couple of approximately earth sized planets that may contain water and life-supporting temperatures. But there is no concrete evidence at this point that even simple bacterial life has developed outside of Earth.
Now whether aliens have or are visiting Earth is a different story. The chances are extremely slim that they (1) have interstellar space travel that is capable of traveling the enormous distances involved (2) that they happen to find this grain of sand called Earth in the enormous cosmos.

Because of the size of the universe, the number of stars in it and the probable number of planets circling the stars, then yes, aliens probably do exist. The next question is, have they visited Earth. To that, probably not. Just finding us would take a monumentally huge stroke of luck. We're not that big or notable and the energy leaving our planet that might be intercepted by even an advanced technology is so small as to be lost in background noise from our sun and others.

i think they are exist because imagine how large the universe is.
so there is not impposible if there is someone or somebody out there that asking the same question like you at the other side of the galaxies.
