Personally I rate them at a 7, which is below Saddam and Hitler, but not by much.

On a scale of 1-10 they have been a 10 for years. People are learning more about it now because of increased information sources.
The republicans have always favored big corporations and the rich and have done everything they can to suppress the lower class and poor.
Saddam and Hitler did their dirty deeds in the open, unlike the Republicans who do theirs behind White House walls.

8. It is hard to compare a party with Stalin, Saddam, and Hitler; but Bush is a 10, definitely. It is because he does not have the intelligence to be evil but possesses way too much evil.

Republican politicians-6
Democrat politicians- 9
Democrats rated higher because they blame their VOTE FOR WAR on the other party instead of answering for it.

I gave the supporters a couple of evil points due to blindness...I don't think the follower's are intentionally evil on either side.
