Suggestions wanted. The wife claims that American law enforcement processes are so biased against people of color that justice is impossible. She refuses to suggest what to do about it other than to accept at face value even accusations such as the recently disproved claims against the Duke University lacrosse players. [She's defending the actions of the now dis-barred District Attorney.]

My counter position is that in the case in question, the government in the person of the District Attorney ignored both the lack of facts and (a month later) exonerating evidence. I'm supporting giving judges the authority to over-rule prosecutors and juries when they've clearly ignored the evidence or decided in opposition to the evidence.

Ok ... does she have a point? If so, what actions or reorganizations of law enforcement can be implemented so that "justice", both individual and collective, will prevail?

GL ... you'll need some thinking on this one.

Tell wifey she should select a better example on which to base her argument. While I agree that racial bias plays a role, in this case, it was tilted on the side of the Black Stripper.

In any jurisdiciton I practice this case would NEVER have been brought based on the evidence. Simply because the men were rich and white and the accuser was black, the prosecutor violated laws and the cannon of ethics to bring charges that he KNEW would not prevail.

So yes, in this case, race was a factor. and being black is the only reason such charges were brought.

She wins....but for the wrong reason.

because of the fact PX has an particularly severe inhabitants of unlawful extraterrestrial beings it would be stressful for regulation enforcement to end somebody who isn't hispanic. they are doing artwork raids the place unlawful workers have been reported. they are combating people who speed, thieve, or kidnap, in different words breaking the regulation. those illegals ought to end whinning and circulate away. no person invited them right here and no person is making them stay.

Ah, the double standard. If the black community would spend more time educating their people instead of keeping them under the welfare thumb they might start to get more respect in communities...but as it is....
