Pretty concerned is my computer being hacked???!!!!!!!!!

Well that virus Came to me yesterday
I tried alot of different softwares quickly
I Recommend
AVG
and Ad-Adware Anti spyware
and then Click on internet explorer ---> tools ---> internet options ---> security ----> restricted site and add www.hackings.cn in it
then go to /windows/system32/drivers/etc/
edit the host file
edit it using note pad and add the following line
127.0.0.1 www.hackings.cn
this shud keep it away from your computer
