No. Anybody who thinks Bruce Bowen is a dirty player has never seen Karl Malone play.

I dont think so. ive done many of the same things that he has done, and there is nothing dirty about things. Yes maybe in the way he has done things, but he is no dirty player. The little push into Steve Nash's groin was nothing. Nash plays things out a little too much, especially the thing with Robert Horry. Bowen was just making space between them, and nash fell like a little @#$%&.

He is dirty, and I love him for it! I see nothing wrong with it at all. I think every team needs a player like Bowen to get under the skin of the stars on the other team.
Malone was dirty, Brid was dirty, some of the greatest players ever had dirty moments, and you can check on that yourself.

He has been enjoying grimy his entire carrer. Im shocked that somebody hasn't kicked his *** yet. Plus do you spot he constantly pulls a decrease priced pass on the different communities suitable participant to objective and get him out of the sport so as that the Spurs can win?. I hate the spurs and for this reason. they're a grimy team ( different than Duncan and Parker). Makes you contemplate whether Greg Popovich calls Bowen to the edge and says " take him out yet do no longer make it seem intentional"

do i think hes a dirty player? i dont think so. he's done some bad things against my suns but i think its because hes an overly agressive and physical player. but he isnt some assist man or a scorer his job is to irritate the other teams star player and he does it well.
just like enforcers in hockey that are there to put a beating on the other team or just like home run hitter david ortiz who cant field to save his life or even just like full backs in football who are there to block and maybe take 30 carries a year.
like all of them Bowen is there to put some physical pressure on the opposition.
look im a suns fan and i got mad at the stoudemire trip but lets not go and label him as a dirty player. like i said he's done some things but its not like hes doing thing every game. the game gets physical just look at manu getting hammered by marion in the face this years playoffs.
its a physical game and tempers flare, if some players cant handle it dont play. people get hurt, people get jabbed, ray allen isnt most innocent player. even look at one of the most classy people around in reggie miller he even kicked out a leg when he shoots.
take every advantage you can get. and if you dont get caught...oh well

He is definitely a dirty player. The things that he does and the shots that he delivers to other players is ridiculous. Bumping guys off spots is part of the game, but when you are kneeing players in the groin and taking guys legs out, those actions are uncalled for and dirty.

No. He is a very good defender, he plays physical, and he plays hard.
It just looks bad because so few players put the effort into defense so when someone does those things they think somethings wrong. Really it was the only way players like him and Ben Wallace get into the NBA is by being very good defenders because they don't have many offensive skills.

I think he is a smart player, people only call you dirty if they can't beat you. I think most people can not figure out how to get away from him and there is a lot of bumping and grinding in close so elbows and knees may hit things but I do nto think he would full out punch someone in the nuts...that is dirty!

No, he's just an effective pest. I think other players get so frustrated with his defensive style that they assume the only reason their precious talent is being suppressed is due to his being a "dirty player."
