Yeah, I've regretted a few decisions in my life. Some, I've learned to accept, and some I still get the queesy feeling about. Do you think that feeling will ever go away?

depends on what u r regretting. you r regretting something that you didn't do then a way to get rid of the regret is to do it. other than that i don't think it does. it's up to you in the end to live with the regret or let it go.

Yes, but I believe that you need to accept the situation that you still regret. I feel its important to recognize that it might be possible that you still regret it because you havent learned what you needed to learn from it yet. Every mistake we make or wrong decision is actually an opportunity to grow. I look at it that way because you can take each situation and learn from it and become a better person because of it. So once you find the lessons awaiting you concerning this situation, you can then begin to be greatful for the opportunity you have been given. I hope this helps!

If you made a mistake that you truly regret than very probably everytime you remember this you will feel some regret. Don't we all regret it when we make mistakes that we knew to do better. Should the US regret having the A bomb? Perhaps, but regretting having the bomb at one time was better than the regret they would have felt if someone else got it first. Most regret getting into a fight but there is no regret in winning if losing means a worse regret.

Certainly. We usually make regrettable decisions when we are feeling selfish inside and are unconsciously unaware. The best way to resolve the queesy feeling is to purge yourself of the actions. Apologize to whoever you felt you did wrong to and be sincere. You will be suprised how much better you feel. Good luck,

To me, a regret is something you've done but you feel badly or shameful about. So I think that if you regret something, you may come to accept it but you'll never really stop regretting it. That's why we have to be so careful in our decisions.

When either you come to terms to what happened or do something now that undid what you regretted earlier. It may not be as good but better late than never.

You can take it 2 ways..you can fret over it til you die or take it as a life experience and take what you learned and use it to move on to better ways.
