Have a doctor check you out for any health problem that may be contributing to this condition.

In the mean time try this and see what happens.

Try to set time for every thing make a plan, write it down and then work the plan, you can change it from time to time but you need to stick to it. Good habits takes 21 days to 30 days to form , bad ones take only 1 to 3 days to form.

Just get up and go.

Think of doing some thing constructive, use full, with your spare time, just play a game.

Here is a list:

Study hard and then some, if the problem is attention and consecration then take breaks at regular interval say 5 minutes of break every 30 minutes or so then reduce the break time and increase the studying time a minute at a time set and alarm, so you do not take long breaks.

Use this 5 minute to use a rest room seep water, apply cold pack to the face, have a healthy snack(watch for total calories per day, per body mass index).

Note:
Most people can get bored after only 40 minute of doing some thing continuously.

Exercises
Go take a walk
Read a book
Go to library
Do the things that make you happy.
..................... come up with few things to add to this list.

haha we have the same problem when i was in school! your laziness is probably caused by your lack of motivation. you know studying is important but it's just not enough to motivate you. well, i guess you have to think of something that will motivate you. first, you have to have a plan. get a planner and plan your schedule. divide your homework into small parts (for example, read a chapter of your text book on monday, do your math problems on tuesday, etc) . doing smaller jobs one at a time is more achievable than promising to do all of your homeworks in one day. it also gives you less burden. make your plan simple and feasible. and you should PROMISE yourself to stick to your plan no matter what. lastly, the most important thing is REWARD. after accomplishing your work for a day, go watch a movie, or eat something delicious. if these didn't work, as for a dependable friend to study with you. perhaps studying with someone will push you to study. hope my answer helps.

Best way to avoid laziness is come to an agreement with U that you will do this or complete this or work for this like that. Maintain a register and put everything in that and put marks when you achieve some thing and pat your self. Laziness will go without your knowledge. This is my past experience Do this and let me know. Best of Luck Yours VRVRAO

Sounds to me like either (a) you may be anaemic, which will mean that you are lacking in energy, or (b) you are trying to study something that bores you to sleep.

So get your iron levels checked (and discuss the issue with your doctor, who may be able to advise other tests, and rule out any physical causes).

Then, think about what YOU as an individual really want to do, what really interests you, and so on, and not what your parents want. The trick then will be to negotiate this new course of action with your parents.

Lazy Nessa or active Nessa is in your mind. Start your day planing as what work you have to do today. do not depend on other if you have ordered some one and he is not responding go and do your self inst ed of shouting on some one. do not keep your mind empty as empty mind is devils workshop and you become lazy because you start thinking that no one is working except your self.

Laziness seems to be one of the basic instincts of nature humans inherit. This symptom can be treated by keeping oneself busy. Practise the saying of Kabirdas - kal kareyso aaj kar - aaj kareyso ab - pal bharmey pralaey ho jaygo phir karega kab ? Progress or perish seems the natures principle - no time for laziness - no postponing. o.k...

laziness comes if u r not interested in what u are doing
try readin some good story i bet u wont get sleepy

so my advice is in ur career choose that which u love to do, to know. and to read about

if u r still in school, get someoe who ve already read that subject and get points from them, conversation dispels all the sleepyness
all the best for ur future
