You don't eat enough, are you anorexic, and if you are putting on weight with that amount of income, you either don't burn it off, or have some kind of problem. Depending on how active you are, depends on how much you need to consume. If you climb mountains, you'll need 8,000 calories a day, and if you are just chillin, about 2, 400 would be okay.

This depends upon age, weight, and physical activities; the baby and the growing child needing many more calories per pound per day than the adult, who has to supply only his energy and repair needs. The aged require still less than the young adult. As to weight; I have told you why overweight individuals need so little. As to physical activities; the more active, obviously the more calories needed, for every movement consumes calories.

That's a pretty good weight. Why would you even want to lose? If you lose any more weight you are going to become anorexic.

Who are you trying to lose weight for? The pallbearers who will be carrying your casket after you die of malnutrition or heart failure?
Eat MORE, not less.
