I took 2 different pregnancy tests and they both came out positive so I'm about to schedule an appointment with my gyno. I was just wondering once they take the blood test, how long does it take before they can tell you that you're pregnant?

I just did a regular pregnancy test. No blood test. I had to wait until 7 weeks pregnant before they scheduled my appointment, so don't be surprised if they make you wait.

If you took two HPTs and both came out positive, than you are definitely pregnant. When I went to the OB, they just did a urine test and confirmed it. My blood test was to check for other things.

depends where you do it. they didnt do a blood test with me, just urine. But blood takes an hour at some places and others have to send them out and they usually call you the next day. good luck
