but cant still get pregnant even after trying for 2 years, since i had my baby thru cs ,have irregular menstrual cycles with heavy bleeding and lots of pain but the doctor said he didnt see the cause for the pains during the surgery and he didnt see reasons why i cant conceive Can anyone please tell me what could be wrong so confused and dont know what to do.Thanks

You might have a condition called endometriosis. It causes painful and irregular periods and heavy bleeding and can make conceiving more difficult.

I would go to a different doctor, or perhaps see a fertility specialist.

Seek a 2nd opinion. Maybe a Gyn that specializes in fertility.

Have you ever been checked for endometriosis? My cousin and my friend were diagnosed with it and they had the same symptoms as you.
