The Dance - It is such a true song with lines like "I could have missed the Pain, But I'd had to miss the Dance." My family know that when I die I want this song played at my funeral.

EVERY SINGLE SONG on "In...The Life Of Chris Gaines". This was the album Garth put out in the 90's that will blow you away, if you don't already have it in your collection, GET IT, you won't believe that all the songs on it are Garth, it is FABULOUS. I listen to it all the time and never get tired of it.

Other than that, "If Tomorrow Never Comes", which always makes me sad and forces me to think if I have done what the song says to do....."The Dance", because it is so true....."Two of a Kind", because it is so much fun to sing along with......too many others to list.

Garth opened up the door to country music for this city girl, and I think he rocks!

I am a HUGE Garth fan and have been since I was a little girl. I can't pick a favorite, so I'll narrow it down to a few.

The Change
We Shall Be Free
Shameless
Ireland
Til You Come Back To Me Again
Bellau Wood
I Don't Have To Wonder Anymore

Those are just a few.

There are too many to list as Garth Brooks is my absolute favorite country artist of all time.
That Summer because it taps into the innocence of youth and the passion that still burns in us as we are older. I love the nostalgia.
She's Every Woman - it reminds me of my husband singing to me.
The Dance - the journey of life and The River for the same reason.
Ain't Goin Down - because it rocks!
Baton Rouge - just love it
I could go on and on. There are just so many.

Rodeo and Thunder Rolls (extended version). Those songs were made before Garth got WAY out of hand.

"Friends in Low Places" HANDS DOWN.

I love Garth. I don't even mean to pick the most mainstream song he ever did and try to act like I know something about him. I actually do. It's just that my mom came up with a strategy when I was a little girl about how my dad could give my sister and I a bath together without us fighting. She suggested that we sing. And it really wasn't enough for my dad to just sing a song that he already knew, he came up with a parody to this song that my sister and I sing to this day. This song meant a lot to me then, but means the world to me now. It's one of the best memories I have of him.

Wow, he's got a lot of good ones...
I like Unanswered Prayers because it has a good meaning to not always getting what you want, Friends In Low Places because it's a great song when you're drunk, If Tommorow Never Comes because it reminds me never to let a day go by without telling my boyfriend that I love him, The Dance because it's a good song to hear when you start to think you might regret a past relationship, Rodeo because it reminds me of my uncle...

The Night I Called The Old Man Out. It's such a good song and reminds me of growing up with 3 older brothers. They were always challenging my dad like in this song.
