Find other people to hang out with or other things to do so that when your friends wanna hang out with you your too busy for them. Or find something like paintball or something that they would want to do all the time so they'd hang out with you cause your all playing paintball. Either way man your probably between 13 and 17 so don't worry about it, worry about yourself and by the time your 20-23 you'll have a good job and a nice life and your friends will want to hang out with you.

Some friends don't understand that you have to work at being a friend, by returning phone calls, text messages etc...but, if you send to many then it gets on people's nerves and they go, "Oh No, Him Again", so be careful that you don't call to often etc. good luck in your friendships, I am sure they still like you as much as they did, but maybe they are busy etc.

I agree you should ask a question. I never reply to a text unless I need to. If it's just a text like 'hi I'm at the beach having a great time, hope you are too' I wont reply. If it's "what are you up to today? Want to come and have some drinks tonight? I'll reply if I deem them to be good enought friends of mine

You cant force your friends to contact you. Just the fact that you've asked the question makes me wonder if thats your answer as to why they dont! I have friends who i speak to every day, others every tonce in a while when we get together, stop worrying so much or you'll end up with no friends.

You can not make people do anything unless you are a dictator. I suggest you send a text inviting people round for a party, that should get you some responses. If they do not respond to that, they probably do not consider you to be a friend of theirs.

I have this problem; you find yourself being the one to make contact, running around after the people. And if you don't, they don't bother with you.

Which is worse, to feel like you're cheapening yourself by running after people and begging for their friendship--or not having any friends to hang with?

I wish I had a good answer for both of us. I guess, move on and try to find some new people. Not easy, I know.

Baby boy, you and your friends should definitely have things in common to talk or text about, if not so then nothing will ever happen.

Say something of interest to someone and they'll definitely be texting you more often and you may even be tired of getting so much calls/texts for one day.

I guarantee you.

Well, you could 'threaten them with a physical attack,' or to 'try suing them' or asking them nicely to do what you would like. But, basically, you can't 'MAKE IT so that people get back to you,' unfortunately.

Maybe you simply communicate with the wrong people ('wrong for you', that is), or maybe you are simply without that element that inspires them and makes you a desirable person for them to communicate with....!

Not knowing you as a person, I really can't offer up anything further as a definitive answer.

Sash.
