do ya'll have nightmares what is your worst...?

I am constantly having nightmares. Some involve my children and those are def. by far the worst. But one that is short that sticks in my mind. I am in a room a dark room with a light above my head that is hanging and swinging slightly, my arms are tied and i am straped to a chair. A man walks up to me with a gun and shoots me directly in the head. I go black then see myself(as a man) sitting on a chair slumped over. The fear i felt was terrible and I woke up terrified. But I have such frequent dreams at night each night is now like watching movies. I even get friends who have died coming and saying hello!

As a child I had a recurring nightmare about my mom and I going into a small store with nothing in it, just blue carpet, walls, everything was blue and an empty glass jewelry case. I would start to feel scared in the dream and from the back curtain, a clown would come out with a big knife and try to kill us. I always woke up before he killed us. I had that dream for years and yes, I have always been afraid of clowns, 35 years old and still afraid of them!lol

The worst I had was when I dreamed I was in a foreign country, and someone asked me if I believed in God. I said I did, and he told me I either had to renounce God or he would kill my children in front of me. I woke up before I made the decision. I still get sick thinking about that ever happening.

I don't normally remember my dreams. However, once or twice I had the dream where I was dying. That was scary. Another one I always hated was the working one. I would be working my job that i hated both during the day, and when I was dreaming at night. NOT GOOD FOR REST.

I dreamed I was trapped under a frozen lake.
There were great white sharks in the water as well.
I woke up sweating like I had ran a marathon.
