Omen, Yemen, Iraq, any country from the Middle East. Because the hate Americans over there and they are third world. Also Antarctica, because of the cold. I'd live in South Africa, before I would live in Antarctica.

Russia...the low rent district starts at 4000 bucks a month..wow,no wonder they swim in Vodka!
Asian countries....I'd never survive the languages..=)
Iceland or Greenland.......too desolate for me..
