well, Mavericks did have Nash before, and that sort of starts a rivalry, and they did get the Suns out last year,
but I hate the Spurs, they got the Suns out 2 years ago, this year, (cheaply)... and I think the Suns hate them just as much...
Spurs are the greater nemesis

For me it seems like a rock-scissors-paper matchup:
Suns > Mavericks
Mavericks > Spurs
Spurs > Suns
Mavericks are always stumped on how to defend Suns' offense while Marion gives Dirk fits. Spurs know how to contain the Suns, to an extent. Bruce Bowen's physical (and dirty) play takes them out of their game and Duncan simply destroys Phoenix's bigs.
PS Mavericks are not necessarily better than Spurs, but (even a Spurs coach said) the Mavs were built to beat Spurs.

I think the Suns can beat the Mavs because they both play similar styles. However, the Spurs will be the Sun's breaking point if they want to get over the hump. San Antonio plays a strong halfcourt game which Phoenix isn't used to. So regardless of where they play the Spurs in the playoffs, they still need to go through San Antonio.

Given that over the last 24 games (since D'Antoni became coach), regular season and playoffs, the Suns have only managed to win 6 games (25%) against SA, I would think the Spurs would be the Suns biggest nemesis.
What is the D'Antoni/Suns record against the Mavs?

With so many Suns fans still angry about the playoffs, I'm surprised you didn't pick the Spurs. I also expect the Mavs to be a force to be reckoned with next year. They probably feel they have something important to prove after falling out in the first round this year.

I think that the Spurs are going to be the Suns biggest challenge next season.

Spurs. No doubt. The Mavericks were always the team we could beat, the Spurs we always lost to.

we can simply beat the mavs. the suns could always beat the spurs if the spurs do not play dirty. the suns did everything they could in the semi-finals but the spurs played violently. see, the dirtiest player in the nba belong to the spurs. you know bruce bowen. i wonder why he was not suspended together with stoudemire and diaw and horry

It's the Spurs.. duh. We generally can beat the Mavs. They are sort of the worst of the three great teams (except for last season's regular season).
