How can I get rid of ear wig bugs in my home?

these are seasonal insects. from time to time you can fumigate the rooms with camphor (kapoor ki tikiya). Heat a iron utensil till it is very hot and then put few pieces of camphor on it and move around in the room. the fumes of camphor will drive away the bugs for some time. Else you can burn the incense sticks / agarbatti in the room.

I think really you can't - it's a seasonal invasion you just wear, doing the best you can to keep it at a minimum, and outdoors
