what kindave area do u live in ex; town, city, metro, rural.....??? is it worth it? roads or freeway?? have fun!!

about a half-hour each way...one suburb to another...hope on the highway and go...wish it wasn't so far...one of these days, I'll find something closer to home.

I like in the suburbs of a metro area (Detroit) the roads are terrible. It takes me 20 mins to get to work. It is worth it because times are hard and many people in this state are looking for work and I am blessed to have two jobs.

I live 4 miles from my job, it takes about 10 minutes. It's a large metro area - traffice moves well most of the time

I live in a city with fantastic public transport. We are 20min walk from the centre and yet on the main Metro (U-bahn) lines. I take 2 lines and it takes me about 25min to get to work.
Alternatively, I could take 1 bus and then walk for less than 10min, and it takes slightly less.
By car it could easily be twice as long from where I live.

I live in an suburban area, and I work in the boondocks. It takes me about half an hour to get to work. I only work on weekends, so it's not like I have to make the trip often. If I had to drive there a few times a week, I would find a job closer to my house.

around 30-40 minutes...I live in the country, about 28 miles from my job location....about 12 miles of 2 lane secondary highway,the rest is 4 lane into the City.

I live in a small town with a population of about 10,000. And I only live about five blocks from the bar I work at, so I'm at work in like two or three minutes.

i live in the suburbs. thre is a highway to get to work but it can take awhile. takes about an hour
