Girls, I'm not saying the following as a criticism. I sometimes fall as well into the trap of feeling uncomfortable with my body and wanting to hide it... but I noticed that when I like my body, others are attracted to me. They like me for something more than just a body type or size, they like me for being natural and positive. I think mothers who are pregnant or just gave birth have an extremely beautiful shape. It's very touching to see a woman breastfeeding. I think it's powerful... so be empowered, you are gorgeous with your differences, so stop wanting to be something you're not and be free, in the way you move, you dress or undress :-)

In my younger years I ahd no problem undressing in front of guys OR GIRL for that matter. I still do not have a problem undressing in front of either sex. BUT there isn't a need to, so I no longer do. BUT IF there was a reason to undress, well if it bothers you don't watch.

I've always had issues in the locker room, or undressing in front of girls. I typically ended up undressing away from everyone else, or in the bathroom stall. I don't know why though, I had a great body back then. I somehow didn't seem to mind letting my boyfriend's undress me though! lol!

Nowadays, after having 2 kids, being fully naked around my hubby bugs me. I'm not proud of what I've become, and I know he doesn't like it either...

Since HS, I haven't had a reason to be naked around friends. Unless trying to breastfeed after just giving birth, and having my sisters and mom-in-law walk in count... That was really mortifying to me. THEY don't need to see all that!!!

I do not feel uncomfortable undressing in front of my close female friends!

Sometimes, when we go shopping and there's not enough changing booths, we get into that only one available room and change!

Once, during our Student Council's investiture, there was a mass undressing moment in the holding room! Only girls in the room though!
