Please I have a Spy ware pop up that is annoying as hell . Please,please,please how can I remove it.

You need some spyware remover. DO NOT download it for free, as it usually results in more spyware being added to your computer.
#1 - Go get yourself some anti spyware software
#2 - Don't go to sites you don't know/ trust. Especially sites you know you shouldn't be looking at.

Get Ad-Aware or Spybot, its free. You can download it from www.download.com
Note: these are for deleting adware and spyware not blocking them coming to your comp.
And to stop from getting more, i suggest you get antivirus(which usually have Adware detection) software. Note : Windows Xp has firewall and antivirus.
