I'm about to buy a new laptop and I could either go for one with the 1.73Ghz Core 2 Duo T5300 FSB 533Mhz with 2Gb RAM at 533Mhz or I could upgrade (for about £100) to a 1.66Ghz Core 2 Duo T5500 with FSB 667Mhz and 2Gb RAM at 667Mhz. Is it worth the extra money to upgrade? I will be using the laptop to run Windows Vista mainly for movies, music, photos and the internet.

I'd rather spend the money to "future proof" my investment. Since OS will be Vista, I'd rather get a laptop w/ DX10 graphics capability, one with Geforce 8600/8700M.
