Hyperthetically, lets say the moon reflects no light.

Nothing would change. Tides are effected by the moons gravitational pull, not the light.

Might be hard for warewolves to come out, and I would imagine a few people bumping into things in the dark, but thats all.

Light from Sun has a meaning to us. Light from the moon is also of some meaning us. There is no such thing as absolute darkness anywhere in the universe. Full Moon warns us for high tides in the ocean. If there was no light, we will never know when is the high impact of moon's gravity on the earth. This reason is for humans. Purpose of moon light for other animals may vary.

Please note that every object in the whole universe has a purpose. You think in a broad view and you will understand.

Well, since we have no light from the moon during the New Moon, at least you can see what it would be like. Astronomers would be able to search all parts of the sky; lovers would be able to wish on a star more easily, and the nocturnal animals would probably never have evolved into nocturnal animals but would be active sometime during the daylight.

I believe there are some nocturnal animals that find their way by the light of the moon. This is also one reason put forward for why moths fly into lights - their navigational system is confused!

Other than that, I don't think our everyday lives would be much affected. After all, clouds often shield us from the moonlight.

What is your point? Can't you use that vivid imagination of yours? What changes would have evolved to make nocturnal animals better foragers and hunters without moonlight? Start there, and then see if humans would have had to make any adaptations without moonlight.

We would have evolved to something that did not depend on light to see. For example, we might have thermal senses, like snakes, to "see" our environment.
