I usually make 2-3 trips to the buffet because I don't overfill my plate each time I go up there!

Well, usually 3. The first is for greens...salad stuff. The second is for the main meal and the third would be for fruit or dessert. But i don't eat a lot anyway, so the all-you-can-eat-buffet idea gets lost on me.

Ha ha Probabaly one, to fill up on the less fattening stuff. But I will tell you something - I once went to a Quincy's and there was this girl that probably weighed 100 lbs. soaking wet. And she was at the next table to me and my then husband and his friend. She went 4, I am not kidding you, 4 times to the bar, loaded her plate, ate it all, and then we noticed about 5 bathroom trips. Can you say bulimic? There is no way someone could eat that much and be so tiny.

I don't typically eat at a buffet. When I have, two trips are my limit, and I only put a little bit on my plate each time. It's too easy to overeat at them.
