Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and if your feet swell like mine do on the plane you may want to wear some tennis shoes for a while then change to flip flops

Wear something comfortable because lets be honest, planes arent the most comfortable transportation. For a long flight I usually wear loose fitting clothes especially if I know Im going somewhere warm/hot. Your feet can swell on the plane too so if you wear trainers/sneakers then you can always take them off and allow your feet to breathe during the flight.
Take a cardigan or top with you, it can get a little cool and whilst you have a blanket its easier just to be able to have something you can slip on of off without too much trouble.
Jeans, tshirts, tracksuit - anything youre comfortable wearing are your best bet when flying long haul.
Have a good trip!

Well I've flown from California to Australia multiple times (talk about long journey!!) and these are my hints.
Wear comfortable trousers such as sweats, Unlined slacks such as khakis, or very soft jeans. Wear shirts in layers eg tshirt & hoodie. Wear shoes that are easy to take on and off such as sneakers, but that aren't so soft that when you bang your luggage into your foot (and you will!) they won't hurt too much. Do not wear high heels or sandals. Wear socks. Wear your most comfortable bra and panties. If you can go without a bra or without an underwire, do so. Remember it gets cold on the plane that's why you need socks and a sweater.
As far as socks go, I like to remove my shoes when I get on board.
Now, even if you're switching to a train right after you arrive this is what I suggest. In your carry-on (luggage can always be lost!! I say carryon I mean it!!!!) luggage, pack extra socks, undies and bra. Before you land, go into the bathroom and change. Yeah, it's a bit of a struggle but it's worth it. Now is also a good time to wash up, brush teeth/hair.
And voila! Perfect travel outfit.

I would wear leggings with those booties.. and oversized jumper, with a singlet underneath (just incase you get warm on the plane, I would also pack a light long sleeve top and another singlet in my hand luggage (and some clean undies just incase) actually you could prolly scrunch up another pair of leggings if you wanted too.. also when you pack your suitcase, put the clothes that you are going to want to access the most on the top so you can find them right away when you get somewhere where you can change..
Have an excellent trip!!

Whatever you have that is comfortable that doesn't wrinkle. I would probably go for jeans and a comfy shirt. A sun dress with a little jacket if that is comfy for you that will look clean and neat and still feel good on. Really, only you can decide what feels good. Be sure to wear sensible shoes as well.

I would put being comfortable first, because if you wear something uncomfortable, you will regret it on the plane. But if you wear clothes that aren't cute, you might be self-conscious.
These sweats are very popular (atleast where I'm from) and cute!

anything but sweats or pj pants - huge airplane fashion no-no.
you want to wear something comfortable, not something tight, or small - no one wants to see someone's midriff area on the plane. when I went to spain, I wore a pair of jeans, and a cute polo shirt and brought along a thin hooded jacket since it was summer, but the plane was cold, and we were going on a walking tour of madrid when we landed and put our stuff in the hotel room.

light clothes. i went to tiawan, i wore pajamas. make sure while your on the plane to walk around it maybe 3 times depending on how long. this is because one or both of you feet begin to swell and trust me it really ruins your vacation. you should wear according to the weather of your destination. hope this helped.
