Yes...the judicial system. The main symbol of the judicial system in America is the Lady of Justice. Our Lady of Justice (and the word/concept of justice) comes from the Roman Goddess Justice. The Romans often portrayed law and divine order as a feminine trait.

It was intended to weed out people that wanted to be citizens without reading the Constitution.
Too bad we can't do the same for native born people.
