The CIA and FBI didnt just fall apart because Bush was president of the US...It took years of neglect and the lack of information such as where and when before 9/11 could have been stopped. As far as Clinton being responsible for 9/11, I would say he was more responsible the Bush...Sandy Burger didnt go into the National Archives and stuff history into his socks and pants for nothing. He risked his own reputation and possible jail sentence to cover for Clinton...Bush isnt the brightest or most articulate fellow but he is not a crook like Clinton.

Can we please have a source for your "6 chances to capture Bin Laden"?
Usually the lie is based on either of two actual events with the key details left out.
1. Sudan offered to turn OBL over to Saudi Arabia. The Saudis refused to cooperate.
2. A Pakistani businessman with no credentials claimed he could organise the handover of OBL from the Sudanese. The Sudanese denied any knowledge at all of the offer.
No evidently I can't get a source - didn't think so since it isn't true!

I don't think he allowed it, but he certainly didn't try and stop it before it happened, when he had a chance.
He knew OBL was behind attacks on the Cole and the Embassies, but chose not to pursue him, instead he tried talking.
When are people going to learn you can't talk to these people?

come on clinton wasn,t even in office anymore when 9/11 occured, musad warned bush two weeks before and he refused to believe it or any intelegence given to his office. clinton was a stinker ut his lies did,nt kill people

Clinton warned Bush before leaving office that Osama was a threat. Bush ignored over 50 memos and went on vacation. I guess you won't acknowledge that Bush was looking the wrong way.
