it is hard inside my breast. only on 1 part and on my right one. i am freaking out aboout it. i have dry spots on my right breast...

I'm guessing you're a teenager, so breast cancer really isn't something you should worry about.
Are your breasts different sizes? It could just be that one is growing a little faster than the other one.
Still, you should talk to your mum about it. She'll most likely know what to do.

Many women have different lumps and had spots in their breasts that are completely harmless. I know my mother often has cysts in her breasts. They are hard, and there can be many of them.
You should see your doctor, though, because they will be able to tell you whether it is a cyst versus a tumor.
It is most likely something completely harmless, such as a cyst, but only your doctor can tell you for certain. Just try not to worry too much as having hard spots in your breast is quite common, and doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with you.

If you are talking about a lump, I had one last week and went to the doc who felt it and said that she could move it about between her thumb and finger, a tumour wouldnt move like that, try moving it, but Iwould advise always getting the doc to take a look it wasnt embarrassing at all for me

Please see your dr about this to have them evaluate this situation further. They can help you to try and figure out if it is something like a hormone imbalance going on (just giving an example of one thing they might check for).
