I guess you mean a bank account. The least stressful way is to open the account at a branch of a U.S. bank in your own country. That way you have some language support.

Still, banks usually have someone who can help you with this in any case, especially in town with universities, which attract foreign students. You'll need your passport, a bit of money to start the account, and maybe something else, depending on the bank. If you know the city you're going to, contact the bank by e-mail and ask them whatever questions you have directly.
