If you r not having any health problems apart from being slight underweight (which is not a problem really, & u can't say u r not healthy if u r underweight) n u r stable at 56 kg & never lost weight, it should not be a matter of concern. Losing weight is more difficult, so I suggest you eat healthy, do physical exercise and forget about weight. You will be fine. If u try many things to increase weight, it's possible that u will become rather overweight 'coz once u start gaining, it may be difficult to stop. Slight underweight is much better than being overweight and risking many diseases. And u can eat whatever u like, when u r underweight! Relax n njoy!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

Depends on your height, i;m 6 ft and weigh about 73kg. Which is just above the median weight for my height range.
So obviously if you are my height then you are grossly underweight and it could be harming you.
If you are quite a bit shorter then thats fine

Weight is ok.What health problem you are having is not indicated. If you are tired you have to take nutritious food, vitamin supplements and tonic as prescribed by a G.P.Healthy means you are not suffering from any illness.

You should be more specific. Why are you not very healthy? Maybe you need to change your eating habits. Eat more. And take vitamins.

you should mention you height
56 is relative...if you're 5'5 then it's a good weight...if you're 6'5 it's not that good...
but...excercises and movement should help your health...also quit smoking if you do...and cut down on alchool if you're a drinker...
