He will have a sigh of relief and then He will create something to look after to.

This iffy statement is far too lumpy to be over looked. If we all die than the question is, for what good reason we may do so, or let this happen? For this would be the first things that subsequent act of God, in my humble opinion, will take into account. It will be considered if the entire human race, according to you, died in vain, or for some reason supreme. I cannot say what God will do but I am sure the goodness of reason will not be lost.
You can do anything in this world if you find a solid reason for that thing happening, and could tell how.

If what you propose happens 'suddenly' to Allah (God), then it implies indirectly that it happen without Allah's plans or knowledge; hence, to my believes, this is Not a correct assumption..
The universe may be doomed to collapse and disappear. Everything we see now, and at a much larger distance that we cannot see, will collapse into a point smaller than a proton. Locally, it will be the same as if you were inside a black hole… We have found that some of the best attempts to describe dark energy predict that it will gradually become negative, which will cause the universe to become unstable, then collapse… Physicists have known that dark energy could become negative and the universe could collapse sometime in the very distant future… but now we see that we might be, not in the beginning, but in the middle of the life cycle of our universe.
That Day We will fold up heaven like folding up the pages of a book. As We originated the first creation so We will regenerate it. It is a promise binding on Us. That is what We will do. (Qur’an, 21:104)
They do not measure Allah with His true measure. The whole earth will be a mere handful for Him on the Day of Rising the heavens folded up in His right hand. Glory be to Him! He is exalted above the partners they ascribe! (Qur’an, 39:67)

If as I suspect you just mean all humans would die, then God would have other animals eat our flesh and if we were all poisoned it might adversely effect those animals.
The remains of our bodies would decay.
God would allow our properties to become in states of disrepair, our gardens to become over grown, the pets in our properties which depended on us would die through neglect, vegetation would gradually take over our concrete jungles.
Other wildlife would flourish, though zoo animals which needed to be fed food would die of starvation.
Vegetation would cover our buildings, tree roots would make many buildings unstable. Dairy cows would suffer terribly as they couldn't get relieve from the milk.
But within a few years the lack of human beings would allow the rest of nature to take full advantage of a safer world.
Earth would become more beautiful, but no human being would be there to see it.
I am an angostic, God is nature.

The Truth Searcher said, I quote "
If what you propose happens 'suddenly' to Allah (God), then it implies indirectly that it happen without Allah's plans or knowledge; hence, to my believes, this is Not a correct assumption", gave me the impression that Allah (God) is not ALL KNOWING and thus do not know what is going to happen. I would like to believe that it was already a God's plan that we should all die suddenly and knows what to do with us.

If it happens, it will be His wish and He will be prepared for that.
No one knows God's mind. I believe He's got the power to stop things from happening.
He will not subject all of us to die at the same time.
What you should bear in mind is that He is still waiting for many to be saved before He returns. So all of us dying at once is some thing that me personally is not sure of.

Your assuming that a god exists, an incorrect assumption. But the idea of God will of course die with the death of all humans as it is a human idea.

Erect a velvet rope by the pearly gates and ask everyone to get in line.
And - because it's Heaven - anyone who tries to push in by saying to the bouncer (St Peter in this case) 'Don't you KNOW who I am?' will get sent to the very back of the line.
That's what God would do.

from the atheist's view- if we all die suddenly then the universe as we know it will still continue to exist but without us.
from the theist's view- we can't all die suddenly honey.
