The problem is that unless you compressed the song to high hell, there is NO way a song is going to be only 1M in size unless it's a VERY short song. There's no definitive answer as to how many songs you can fit on a 1G memory stick. Since song lengths and compression rates vary, so will the sizes and ultimately the number you can fit on your stick.

1000 song i have 2 memory cards of 1gb and one card is all ready wasted :). i get all can of song into that memory card to fill it up
