You never know what will happen 2 seconds from now and there is nothing you can do to change what happened 2 seconds ago.
That is why 'here and now' is so important and the BEST you have.
If you meant to ask what time of the day do I prefer it is the quite time in the wee hours of the morning when every one else in the house is asleep and I have my thoughts to myself.

hmmm, tough question!
I would say it depends on the person.
I'm a nocturnal bird, so I like to work from home, 6 pm - 2 am more than sitting in an office working from 9 - 5.
