You better hope that you or anyone else can NOT obtain your Social Security Number over the internet.
If they can, they can steal your identity and obtain credit and other services under your name, which you then would be responsible for.
Locate the Social Security Administration office near you, take identification like your birth certificate to prove who you are and once verified, you should be given the number and possibly a duplicate Social Security card at that time.

The Social Security Number is needed to access to your SSS account. Thus, secure your number at the SSS office so that you can view your accounts online.

SSS numbers are confidential. For sure you can't obtain it thru internet. Better write or call any relatives here in PI to check some of your old records that may contain your SSS number.
