I have a house in Velacherry. I wanted to rent it out before I leave for US where I indent staying for a year

I just wanted to know whether you have any Agency to look after renting the house collecting the rent on behalf of the owners and keep account and maintain the house.

Look on Craig's List in the area in the US you want to visit, and place an advert.
