Let me show you what it is like, to be alone in the cold and in the dark and waiting all alone. Can you see the sunshine illuminating my heart? It’s beating for you all the time. Where ever you go the blood pumps threw my veins so that I can walk to see you another day. As you take a path of darkness vs. the light the sunshine fades and my heart dies. Is this what it feels like to die? As you walk down the crimson path with the lies. With forgotten hopes and torn dreams the sun fades as it turns to shade my heart dies.

To like it or not that is the question...
and I am in dilemma still. It is not abhorrent but not very special too. It might as well pass off as a song for a jilted, hung up lover but te romanticism is dark. A girl might love it is she is in to goth and like it if she just likes the lover boy to be in pain. But one won't buy it if she is too starry eyed. Just polish it a bit and either tame down or elevate the anger and extremism and you could get a good work.
