Keep in mind i have a Radeon x1900GT PCI-E graphics card. 1 SATA Harddrive, 2 ATA Harddrives, 2x1gb PC2-4200 DDR2 533Mhz, 2x512mb PC2-4200 533Mhz of RAM.

Or is there a better motherboard I should be looking at for around the same price.

I would recommend the Asus board over the Intel board, I have had nothing but great success with Asus motherboards. Both boards support all your listed items and offer excellent future expansions, both offer the same warranty, so I guess it is going to be come a personal preference. But I can't see spending the extra money for the intel board giving the fact they both had roughly the same features.

I should say

Intel 975XBX2KR Intel Socket 775 ATX Motherboard

is much better.

Intel motherboards are best known for their stability. BUT they are not that exciting because of limited options for tweaking. I would prefer the Asus P5W Deluxe. It is also based on the i975 chipset.

I would go with the Intel motherboard as well. Be sure to browse Newegg.com as well. They have a good selection, shipping tends to be cheaper and faster than Tigerdirect as well.
