you can sue the Dr if he did something wrong but they make you sign papers getting ride of allot of those rights. I'm assuming that you are saying that your boyfriend pressured you into having it. in any case you cant sue him it was your decision to make you made it now live with it.

you can't sue for that. If the doctor did a botch job and you're hemmoraging, then go to a hospital, get treated and have them make a paper copy of all those treatments. and then you may have a case. But chances are that the fine print of the papers you signed state that you are responsible for any other expenses and that you understand that there may be complications after an abortion and that you would not hold them liable.
Suing your boyfriend for getting you pregant and then making him pay for the abortion so he don't have to pay for child support for the next 18 years. srry you can't sue for abortion money, only child support.

If you got an abortion and it turned out "faulty" and made you ill, then YES, you can sue the doctor for malpractice (for doing a horrible job on your abortion).

If you are not feeling well you need to contact the doctor and tell him/her what is up. It could be a common side effect that they can help you with.
Your boyfriend did not perform the surgery so you cannot sue him. You could break up with him though, if he is not caring about your pain.

if your feeling ill in the stomach then you probably have an infection.....which is common.....as for sueing it would be difficult as the 24 hour pamplet that is mandatory states all of the "warnings" for undergoing such a procedure....if you are ill you need to go to the HOSPITAL! Not to scare you but Death can occur for people who take on this procedure for all different reasons.

What is your question? Are you sick from the abortion, or, just unhappy? Hon, if you not feeling well, please go to the nearest hospital, as soon as possible, okay.
Take a taxi to get there, if necessary. Don't waste time if you don't feel, well. If you have a female friend that can go to the hospital with you ask her to accompany you. Go NOW!

I dun think u can. Unless ur bf tie u up and "kidnapped" u to the hospital. Unless the doc knock u off even though u r saying NO to do the operation.
U can sue the doc if the operation have left you unable to have babies anymore
