Wouldn't you rather own the house, the land and be out from under someone else's regulations. I hope any good soliciter would say same. Hope you make the right choice.

i hope u have checked site fees etc they r extortionate at the minute cheaper to buy house on mortgage and park homes lose alot of value over the years

you could use a soliciter BUT....
buying a park home is just like buying a car. you turn up and pay the cash. until its handed over you dont own it. would you use a soliciter to buy a car. i think not
